Dr. Luz and Garcia have been extremely thorough when seeing my child. They are patient and provide explanations in terms that are easy to understand for non-medical people. They are excellent in following up with labs and other diagnostic tests and their staff is always helpful, courteous and pleasant!
We just moved to St Augustine and we were looking for a pediatrician for our 4 kids. Dr Luz has been more than professional, kind and patient with us. When one of our twin girls got sick with a high fever I called him at midnight on a Saturday. He answered the phone immediately and told me what to do when I was ready to go to the ER. He has our absolute respect and support.
We have had the most over-the-top patient satisfaction! We felt like Dr. Luz truly cares about our daughter. There was an issue with the medication and he phoned in another one in less than 5 mins, called to check on us periodically. I'm a RN and I felt like he was very knowledgable and sincere. Not very many doctors like him left! A++++ PS and he makes himself available during the off hours so you don't have to make a trip to the ER!
