This plumbing company is extremely unethical. My husband and I called them to take care of an issue at a family member’s house. The guy they sent out didn’t seem to know what he was doing (he took way over the time that another company took doing the same exact thing a few years ago), then he broke a piece off of his tool into a pipe. He spent over an hour trying to get the piece out, saying that he had to rip up a toilet to work in the issue that we originally called for.
