Been going forever and always treated like family. Dr Immel is The Best as well as having the greatest staff.
If you're looking for a family dentist who goes above and beyond every day I highly recommend Dr Immel. He's really helped me and done it with kindness and compassion. A big shout out to Melissa and the rest of the staff. They are very easy to work with, friendly and very helpful. I've had many good experiences here (from repairs to checkups) but just recently went in for a relief on my denture after Oral Surgery and not only did Dr Immel relieve it but he also took the time to plug a hole that had been plaguing me. Went in to get a filling redone, very pleased with how well it went. Had 4 injections done and honestly couldn’t feel them. Doctor is very gently with the drill as well 10/10!
I saw dr immel a couple years ago and he insisted that I fill a chip between my front teeth. I was told my insurance would cover it and went ahead. A few weeks later, the dental work fell out and the chip is even bigger. I get a bill for $600. I call the office to see what’s going on. They say, oh your insurance did not cover this procedure. I explained that the procedure hadn’t even worked, and had in fact made my chip worse. She apologized and said they would take care of it and write off the debt. I guess I should have as... read more
As a new patient and never going to a dentist my entire adult life, I was pleasantly amazed with the staff. I really appreciate the kindness and patients in answering all my questions. Also, they are very good about explaining the process and every step to help me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend this dentistry!!!
