They sold me a brand new f150 With rodents nest inside a truck between engine compartment and cab, and when I told them that I have rodent nest Mark who sold me you shouldn’t drive truck to mice filed, before I bought f150 had bmw for couple years never had a rodent nest, very dishonest business practices, this happened for less the one month of my ownership of vehicle!!!
Overall my experience was not satisfactory. They were accommodating when I showed initial interest so I appreciate that. I put a deposit down did financing etc. but a few things should have gone better. 1. The vehicle 2023 2dr Bronco had a scuff that was pretty bad on the driver side rear fender. I asked them to take care of it and basically nothing was done. I ended up getting a paint correction that was over 1k in order to get it out. He not only helped me find the right part for my car, he also found some background on my vehicle that helped find the correct part. The dealership has a family-like feel that made everything relaxed and comfortable from the start.
