Everyone at Victor Family Denistry is very welcoming and friendly. Makes going to the dentist a great experience. They follow all the Covid-19 recommendations. All procedures are explained thoroughly and you are shown the X-rays. Dr. Jeffrey Lowenguth takes time with all his patients and is very knowledgeable. Extremely happy with all the work I have had done. They truly care about their patents.
I have been going to Victor Family Dentistry for many years. I haven't had an unpleasant visit. I have had a number of different Dental Hygienist and all have been pleasant, helpful and informative. I enjoy Dentist Dr. Jeffrey Lowenguth personality and quality dentistry he provides. Everyone of the team members at Victor Family Dentistry are pleasant and enjoyable to interact with.
...but that's no surprise. Friendly, professional and efficient are some of the words that come to mind. I'd even say it's a pleasure to come to her for a cleaning. Of course, Dr. Jeff stops in, as always, to keep everyone up to date with what's next down the road. This is how it should be done. Safety First! I felt 100% at ease with being in the office. The ladies are running a tight ship here, which is well worth it in terms of assuring everyone's health. Well done, everyone!

Timely appointment. Excellent staff performance from greeting/account setup, through first work to remove remaining crown piece, create 'impressions' for lab, create/install comfortable/sturdy temporary crown. Timely followup appointments set/scheduled. Federal Government $$$ just in time to help pay. What more could a patient say!
My first visit to Victor Family Dentistry was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door, Mary was cheerful, kind and welcoming. My hygienist, Gabby, was diligent, thorough and mindful to my needs. And Dr. Lowenguth was wonderful! He was very attentive to every detail with a thoughtful, gentile manner to address all areas of concerns. I know I am in good hands and look forward to many years of care. Thank you!
