This experience was exceptionally positive, the hygienist (Rachel) and other staff were genuinely warm and inviting. She was very understanding when I experienced any discomfort and was patient when taking the many x-rays. Everyone seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing and I never felt rushed or like they didn't have time for me. What really surprised me was how the doctor made it a point to get to know me a little and ask about my family. I was very pleased with the great cleaning by Rachel. She's a fine new addition to Dr Lowenguth's staff! I'm still waiting for my Senior Citizen discount. Even with insurance, dental care is very expensive for folks on fixed income today!
Thank you for the great care you took with me and with my children yesterday! I am always happy with how friendly and professional the staff is, and the comfy new chair made the whole experience even more pleasant. I have been receiving care from Dr Jeff Lowengulth for the last several years. I am always impressed by the professionalism and medical care I experience from the moment I walk into his practice. I highly recommend his practice for anyones dentistry needs.
This practice is fantastic and has helped me every step along the way. The staff is friendly and very personable, and the practice itself is very modern and comfortable. They do an excellent job, I couldn't recommend them enough.
