The support team are very nice but the psychiatrist office staff Sonia is very rude and unprofessional. The communication is poor. Not sure if she feels the need to talk low on others because it’s a psychiatry department but she doesn’t belong there. They also cancel appointments without notifying you and than try to say they called when they didn’t. Very unorganized and this place is not recommended.
They really help my son get to the step in.the right direction , but my son need something a little more intense
