After 2 other local Jeep dealer totally dropped the ball the team here pick it up and knocked it out of the park. Chelsea was stellar in handling the repairs that were needed and from start to finish fantastic.
Great car buying experience. I was able to do it all over the phone. No changes to amounts, and no surprises. I've had a few problems with my vehicle but their service department staff has been very friendly.
Big compliments and thanks to Chris Kist and the service crew at Victor Dodge for getting our 2014 Dodge Ram company work truck back on the road pulling our SkyMobile showroom. The service department is horrible. No loaners, no shuttle. My jeep was a lemon. Stellantis offered us a cash and keep settlement. We accepted because we thought the issues were fixed. Well, shortly after accepting, the electrical and heating issues reappeared. Back to the shop the Jeep went. Each time we dropped it off they'd call us at the end of the day to say they didn't find anything wrong, or they didn't have time to work on it, or they were waiting on engineering. Horrible sales. They run ads everywhere for a certain car at a certain price. I went to their site and saw the same ad so I clicked on the chat bubble. I put in my cell number and spent the day getting random texts confirming that I was interested in a certain car special then another one several hours later asking how they could help.
