HUGE shout out to Dan over at CDJR in Victor! He was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles and provided great service from the moment my kids and I step foot on the lot! Go see him if you get the chance! We left in our dream car that day!

The service department is horrible. No loaners, no shuttle. My jeep was a lemon. Stellantis offered us a cash and keep settlement. We accepted because we thought the issues were fixed. Well, shortly after accepting, the electrical and heating issues reappeared. Back to the shop the Jeep went. Each time we dropped it off they'd call us at the end of the day to say they didn't find anything wrong, or they didn't have time to work on it, or they were waiting on engineering.
