Victor helped me with the sale of a rental property that started with nasty tenants undermining me and the property and ended with a purchaser who couldn’t close on time because their purchaser couldn’t close. Victor was calm dealing with everyone throughout and talked me down several times when I was angry and frustrated. Eventually the deal closed. He was the perfect person for this situation and I recommend him highly.
My husband and I had bought during the peak with a different Realtor (mistake there!). During this time we saw the market "correct" it self and were unsure if we wanted to stay and power it through or sell.
