I would never recommend this business to any one looking for a used auto part they will not return your money if they sell you a defective part they say they will replace it with another part I waited two weeks for a ac condenser that they were unable to replace after they could not find one they returned my money but that was after two weeks of fighting for it my wife and I have suffered in this heat wave as having no air in the car we could not even go to work we are both seniors and still have to work to make ends meet al... read more

Came in for there much advertised special or quality used tires. I bought a set of four tires that "looked " good. I went to the shop to have them put on where the mechanic told me that one has had a repair. So i decided to try them out. Automatically after I put them on, m car began to shake and rattle. I called Victor Auto Parts and they told me to come in and they would replace them. So i drove the 40 minutes there, where it took them 1 hour to find the tires then the owner told me that i would have to pay extra because t... read more

Hi- I called these guys a few times, and they are fairly rude, no customer service knowledge whatsoever. Could not follow simple instructions on the phone, overcharged for used parts etc. Very irritating to deal with. I will look elsewhere to find what I need. These guys are a bunch of yokels.
