5 Star : My Experience Great communication between Charlie, the insurance agency, and myself. Recieving the updates throughout the repair was appreciated. The work and effort put into the repair was satisfactory. Even went the extra mile to detail the vehichle as well. I went to Victor because they were reccomended by my insurance company, but due to the quality of service I would take my vehichle back for any other needs.
