The most crooked company i ever worked for . I do not recommend anybody work for them . They don’t care about staff at all . All they care about is making money off the clients and it’s sad
This is Alyssa ... I use to be a client there until they sent me to the cape fear valley hospital.... and I was in the hospital for 3 months straight... just left Monday the 10th of June.... because they didn't want me back .... but they don't know is .... I'm a great kid .... I just don't like to be treated like I'm the only problem they had seen .... maybe I was bad .... but I've also had times were I had good days .... and some days I've had bad days .... but they could've still worked with me even tho the problems happen... read more
As long as you do your job correctly there are no issues. I got along with all supervisors well and most co workers. If you come in on time, do you notes correctly and tend to your clients correctly it is a good place to work. I have been here almost 2 years now. I hope i am here for several more years.
This company is perpetually mired in investigations from multiple entities due to its inability to provide a safe and adequate residential or day program environment for the special needs population. They cannot retain admin or one-on-one staff at all.
Went in for interview never called me back had no reason not to always hiring but they pick and choose they always choose the people who don't even stay a full week that's what they get
