Victor is an amazing Hair stylist
I went to Debbie for color and cut. Color was good cut marginal with my thick hair. Made 2nd appointment and Debbie canceled on me at last minute, I rescheduled and she canceled on me again! Then she said I could come in any time on Tuesday….. then told me she could do Wed. So, I had 3 important meetings at work and I couldn’t get me hair done for the 3 meetings!!!! Don’t rely on Debbie
