I highly recommend VICSAR Property Solutions for the quality, professionalism and honesty. I contacted them when I noticed what appeared to be water stains in my garage. They were quick to respond and set up appointment to come and assess the situation. They did a thorough inspection and were able to show me evidence of mold. When discussing the remediation and costs, I was instructed to contact the developer to see if the property was still under warranty and remediation would be covered. It was.
