I called to get my tractor fixed around five weeks ago. The first time I called, they said that it would be picked up in three weeks. No one showed up, so I called a second time and was informed that there were still two tractors ahead of mine. I called a third time and I was told that there were now THREE tractors ahead of mine. His response consisted of complaints along the lines of not knowing what was wrong with it when he didn't even pick my tractor up. I honestly have no idea how this guy is still in business. First of all, I left voice messages to set up an appointment and he never replied. Secondly, I delivered my tractor for service and was told 7-10 days. I called after 9 days to see if it would be done soon and was told (in the most disrespectful way) if he didn't call me, it wasn't done and was hung up on. I called back two days and was told it hadn't been 3 weeks yet. This guy is truly an A*sh*le and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. nln nln vic!!!
