DO NOT BOOK – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional We booked this company for our wedding day transportation, and they never showed up. No call, no message—absolutely nothing. We were left scrambling at the last minute on one of the most important days of our lives. To make matters worse, they completely ghosted us afterward. No explanation, no apology, and no refund. We’ve tried contacting them multiple times with no response.

Vics is the BEST. We’ve used them many times, and never had less than amazing experience. So friendly, courteous, prompt, helpful…we’ll keep using them every time we travel! Makes the trip so much less stressful!

Vic and his team are simply the best. They can compete with any company out there. Excellent late model vehicles. Customers are treated with the highest respect and in a most timely manner. I will use no one else. I strongly encourage others to do the same.

Great service! Rented a car for my Granddaughter's Prom driver extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend Vics to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.
