I went in yesterday with a simple repair on an ankle bracelet. Had already been to one jewelry place that would have had to keep it to do a simple o-ring on it. I walked into Vic’s and they made the repair right away - $2 for this repair - I did t have cash and they told me I could just pay it next time. While all of this seems simple the fact is this ankle bracelet means the world to me and their kindness and great customer service allowed me to have it back in less than 5 minutes.
