If I am a flower about to die because someone picked me, I would love to end up in one of their bouquets. The reason is that they have beautiful arrangements in here that you would certainly forget that the flowers are dead.
I called Vic' Floral for help with a Valentines Day gift to a loved one in Cleveland while I am from Michigan and don't know the area well. Kelly helped me and was wonderful compared to by bad experience with "Diamonds Flowers" not needing anymore business and telling me to call another florist and then hanging up on me. I needed to order an arrangement for my grandfather’s birthday. I was unsure what to put together. The staff at Vic's put together a wonderful arrangement that placed a wonderful ficus tree in a nice planter with birthday balloons attached. I called late in the day and they were still able to provide next day delivery. I will definitely be using them in the future.
I needed to send flowers to a family member at the main campus of University Hospitals. They were able to quickly put together a nice arrangement and deliver it same day.

I had called a number of other florists in the area, none of which picked up the phone We are from out of state (NY) and needed to get something to our friends in Cleveland for a funeral the next day. Finally, here at Vic's, someone aanswered the phone on a Saturday. She was wonderful! Able to suggest appropriate arrangement and card message for us when we really weren't too capable of coming up with something.
