He was very understanding of me having to do a major delay! I got very sick and he didn't hound me to do the work or pay any money. Stand up guy all around. (Not sure why Google is auto linking the Term "Stand up" directly to comedy, that's annoying. Lol)
We couldn't be happier with the installation. Vic showed up with carpet that exceeded our expectations and had the room finished in no time. Very professional, courteous, and communicated very well. We will be using them again.
