Very poor service. We visited on a Saturday afternoon. Shortly after we entered the storefront, the employee emerged from the back room. We asked about carpeting and requested recommendations or guidance on which carpet style to choose. The employee provided minimal answers and asked us no questions. It seemed that we were keeping him from his back room activity, so we left. This is an actual review, but you lost me as a customer.
Went to Vic’s to get a floor for my basement. Looked at their porcelain tile and vinyl floors. I decided on vinyl plank. After picking the floor and talking about my project, I found out they do more than just floors. I hired them to also paint, install crown molding and baseboards, and make me a custom bookshelf in a little opening I have in a room that was just wasted space. It turned out beautifully. They helped me on the paint color also and I absolutely love it. Thank you
Great experience at Vic’s Floor Store. Lee is extremely knowledgeable, does top-tier work, and is priced very fairly. You can tell he cares about quality and getting things done right. Highly recommend.
Walked into Vic’s not really knowing what I wanted and left feeling like I made the right choice. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure me at all. They took the time to explain options, pricing, and what would actually work for my space instead of just trying to sell me something. Delivery was smooth and everything came exactly as promised. It’s hard to find places that still care about customer service like this. Definitely recommend if you want honest help and good value.
