Very disappointing that they did a bait and switch on my mom. I feel terrible that I actually told her to go there. She was sold a package in winter and when she finally is going to use it, they tell her it’s a different one. But instead of being polite and apologizing for the mixup. The girl at the cash register was mocking. Very rude. She did get her money back but it really left a bad taste. She did pay for her wash today, but will be looking for a new place.
