Best car wash by far! Ernesto is knowledgeable and friendly. He told me about monthly memberships and what each tier entails. The facility/property is always clean and equipped with cleaning supplies.
These guys are all awesome. Ernesto remembers my name. The vacuums are the best around.
I came in to set up a family account. The employee who helped me did not know the membership rates, nor how to use the system to do this. I helped her by taking photos of the license plate numbers on the computer and asking her to write them down. I think that the issue is two-fold: employees not knowing the business information inside and out and the system not being up to date.
