Quick service, oil change, 20 minutes, no pressure from employees.
Took my car in to have oil changed and my exhaust looked at. They quoted 600 for temp fix and 1000$ for muffler replacement. Thought it seemed like a lot so decided not to go through. Still charged me 200$ for just the oil change and diagnosis. Took to speedy down the road and they fixed my exhaust same day for 150$, no diagnosis fee. Would absolutely not recommend.
I came to Vic’s for a pre-purchase inspection and they were incredibly competent, friendly and notified me of necessary maintenance that went unnoticed during (another mechanic’s) safety certification inspection. This helped me make an informed decision before buying a car on facebook marketplace and I could not be more grateful! Highly recommend.
Reliable, trustworthy and honest mechanics!!! I've been using Vic's for all my vehicles for 4 years now. They are always up front, honest and fairly priced. I've never felt over charged or tricked into spending more. Friendly and quick service as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
They do an excellent job here and the staff are really nice
