Use to shop with this company, probably never will again. Parts are flimsy and cheap, they don’t last, and they want you to pay an arm and a leg for it. Also just tried giving them one more chance with the black friday sell, but the website is so janky that it won’t even let my purchase go through after multiple tries. Bad company
Constantly sending me text messages. All hours of the day and night. I wish your company would leave me alone. I definitely won’t buy anything ever again because of this reason.
Do not use their products. I had splitter rods for my car that promised the finish wouldn’t fade or wear and it did within a month. The spoiler I got, that I waited over 3 months to receive, only lasted two months before the bolts pulled through the spoiler and it came off my car mid drive! I was lucky I was in a neighborhood, it didn’t hit anyone. But that’s extremely dangerous! Vicrez has some of the worst customer service of any automotive manufacturer I've worked with. Many of their widebody kits are made in China by 3rd party manufacturers and labeled by Vicrez. You can find very similar kits "made by" Ikon, BSS, and others. Fitment is mediocre and there are thousands of instances of parts falling off of cars due to poor engineering and inadequate adhesive. This Candy Pink vinyl from Vicrez is gorgeous. It is bright, bold, and smooth to apply. My installer even said it’s top quality. Customer support was amazing too, really friendly and fast replies. Highly recommend!
