I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered a thing from here. So I ordered a steering wheel in May 23,2025. The website says 4-6 weeks for custom things. Emailed them June 10th to see if production had started, they said no. I said ok no problem, but can we verify the options on my steering wheel as it’s a gift and I want it to be perfect. Complete rip off. Overpriced plastic mudflaps cut by a 3rd grader, didn't fit properly, and they charge $100. Worst purchase ever. Could have cut my own for $15. Do not buy!!!!
Shipped my 10'X5' roll of wrap in a box NOT labeled "do not bend" and also NOT with a corrugated roll tube to protect the wrap. Box was crushed, wrap was damaged, all customer service said was that they recommended professional installation and to also heat it up to bring it back to the original shape - NOT!! I've used other (3M) wraps that do this, but not this crap!!!!!! Never will order again, as many many other customers state!!! Stay away!!!!!
Do not use their products. I had splitter rods for my car that promised the finish wouldn’t fade or wear and it did within a month. The spoiler I got, that I waited over 3 months to receive, only lasted two months before the bolts pulled through the spoiler and it came off my car mid drive! I was lucky I was in a neighborhood, it didn’t hit anyone. But that’s extremely dangerous! And they won’t refund it even slightly since it was installed… how do you know it’s defective if it’s not installed? Don’t buy from here!
Horrible Service. I have ordered many items from this company. None have gone well. Most recently, ordered a 400.00 cosmetic mod for my Charger. Took them forever to ship it. When I finally received it, it was not what i ordered. Took them a bit to actually send me the right part that they errored in. When I recieved the right part, it was missing all hardware to put it together!!!!!! Had to reach out to them about that. They sent me 11 screws.. I tried using said screws and it SPLIT the product as they were the WRONG screws... read more
