Do not use them. Promised delivery in 2 days 1 week later after I emailed them they said they dont know how long it will take when I asked for refund they said they would but never gave a refund
Bad experience with customer service. I ordered a cat back exhaust for my 2023 Dodge Charger. The left muffler would not line up and aim straight out the back. When I contacted customer service they didn't help with the problem. I requested a replacement part and found out it was my problem not theirs. I will never buy anything for this company again.
Don't buy anything from this company! The website tells you they have inventory, but then they don't even write or call you to report their mistake. They're incompetent, and their customer service is terrible. And I say this because out of 10 purchases you make with them, this doesn't happen to you on 8 of them!
I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered a thing from here. So I ordered a steering wheel in May 23,2025. The website says 4-6 weeks for custom things. Emailed them June 10th to see if production had started, they said no. I said ok no problem, but can we verify the options on my steering wheel as it’s a gift and I want it to be perfect. Complete rip off. Overpriced plastic mudflaps cut by a 3rd grader, didn't fit properly, and they charge $100. Worst purchase ever. Could have cut my own for $15. Do not buy!!!!
