SCAM SCAM SCAM stay away from this people. They don't have part in stock even when they say to have it. The take your money and the only way to get a refund is open a case with your credit card company.
Ordered splash guards for my wife's Audi Q5. Splash guards did not fit and the website description was wrong. Customer service is really lacking. Contacted Vicrez about returning product, two weeks no replay. Sent a second request and they informed me that I had to pay shipping on return and pay a 15% restocking fee for a part that their website stated would fit my wife's SUV. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Great company, just really outstanding. I had an issue after getting a front splitter and it was totally destroyed (not the company’s fault) and they helped me through and fixed my problems. Emails and costumer services were always on point. Love this company definitely going to keep buying from them and recommend them for others!
Great customer service and good prices
Ordered a conversion body, wide body kit and a hood. Both body kits were missing a piece and the hood arrived damaged. They gave me the run around asking multiple times to send them pictures of what arrived. Its been 3 weeks since I reported the damaged hood and still haven't received notification of the replacement being shipped. They said I should receive an email of shipping within 2 days the latest and its been 4 days now and still no notification.
