The worst company I have dealt with in my life. I purchased a car air suspension sytem from them. The system had faulty and incorrect parts, did not come with proper instructions or parts list and the customer support was the worst I have ever seen. They said I had to wait 2 weeks until someone comes from their vacation to help me. When they sent replacment parts they were chipped like they found it on the floor of the warehouse. I purchased mud flats/splash guards for my Lexus.... product quality was pretty awful/cheap product for the price. The return process was also pretty terrible, in the end they will always get your 15% restocking fee while you still pay the shipping fee for the items you don't want. Some folks may hate Amazon and prefer to buy "local", but hard to argue with Amazon prices and the easy return process they have.
The rock guards for the ct5 are a total joke. I got similar ones for my Camaro from Zl1 addons and they were pre drilled and had dibble sided tape affixed in the core t place They also had thick spacers included to be used in certain locations for a perfect fit. Basically vicrez gives you a couple pieces of plastic and instructions to buy your own tape and figure it out. They shouldn’t even sell these if they’re not going to do it right.
