I mistakenly ordered the wrong diffuser part for my vehicle, and cancelled the order on the phone 5 min after receiving the order confirmation, and realizing it was the wrong part. I was told on the phone my refund for close to $700 would be processed immediately and it could take up to 7 days. Today I called because it is past that 7 day mark and I still have not received my money. Ordered a part for Black Friday sale, UPS lost it so was refunded. Asked to get same part but wouldn’t give any discount or apology!

Use to shop with this company, probably never will again. Parts are flimsy and cheap, they don’t last, and they want you to pay an arm and a leg for it. Also just tried giving them one more chance with the black friday sell, but the website is so janky that it won’t even let my purchase go through after multiple tries. Bad company
Constantly sending me text messages. All hours of the day and night. I wish your company would leave me alone. I definitely won’t buy anything ever again because of this reason.
