Bernadette was very kind, attentive, and thorough. She was sincere about what needed to be done to my hair at that moment. She's friendly, sweet, and has extensive knowledge. The studio is also lovely. I definitely recommend Vicolo, even though I don't live there, but my daughter has her services and is more than satisfied with her work. 100% recommended.
Amazing service! I always leave the salon very happy and satisfied with the result. I have curly hair and not everyone knows how to work it. Furthermore, Bernadete and Pino are very nice people.
The most gorgeous studio! Have been going to Bernadette for years and she is fantastic with colour and attention to detail!
Bernadette was really detailed and caring, especially with my fringe (which had been butchered by a previous hairdresser), she was honest in what would work and wouldn’t in my hair, and she was just fun. The studio is also lovely, and situated down the cutest alley. Highly recommend Vicolo.
FABULOUS is how I feel! Wonderful experience. Yesterday I had a cut and blow dry with Pino. It was just lovely. First of all the consultation. Caring, knowledgeable, clever, compassionate. All the things one might have expected in a top class salon. But this was different. Il Vicolo was also elegant, spotlessly clean and sparkling. Other clients were there and all were treated with courteous respect. Then the wash. It was thorough with a strong but gentle massage.
