I had a wonderful experience with Victor and his entire staff. I originally called on a Friday to have the car checked out on Monday and to my surprise he was able to give both myself and my husband same day sensational service for both of our vehicles. This was also done with highest level of professionalism and knowledge (even for people like me who know nothing about cars). My son was renting a UHAUL from ViCo. Everything went well until the next day. Son called me saying ," Euclid Police (LM )that one of the $100.00 bills was FRAUDULANT??? How could that be? We went to bank withdrew money. Was counted in front of us?? Went to get UHAUL. SON PAID and all was good. So i called Police Dept., officer said the bill was thin and glued together ?? What, how is that possible? Officer said We needed to go to ViCo and reimburse them $100.00 or they will have to charge my son!! Im still shaking my head. ... read more

The owner did not do a good job at all on my car things not done that I paid for already,then tell me some old man that work for him was working on my car and things that I wanted fixed never got done my column lock that goes around the column got stole out of my car but that's because he don't get out of bed till 11:00am if he go in or always got something to do like your money ain't green😤😡
