after reviewing the last two negative reviews i have to say that i disagree. i have been dining at vickys for atleast 25 years and have always had excellent meals and service. the best of the whole thing is that this is family ran and not a chain
Vicky's of Santa Fe is a beautiful setting with great ambiance and enticing background piano music. The beauty stops there! The general manager aka owner, Mr. LeLibertie, portrayed highly smug behavior when approached about the meals. Had the manager-owner taken a managerial posture rather than one of a defensive owner listening to the customers rather than attacking them by asking, "Who are y-y-o-o-u-u?" the restaurant and its customers would have been better served. Vicky's Of Santa Fe Stay Away – Vicky's Of Santa Fe, which is located in Indian Wells California just west of Palm Springs, certainly belongs in the desert, it is nothing more than a big mirage. When you visit their web site you are greeted with soft music from the ivory keys, a calm relaxing atmosphere is what one is expected to embrace.
