I’m done. I gave this place MULTIPLE chances, one in particular…. three hours later…. 5 dip powder colors they couldn’t find… then I still went back Iike a fool! A week later after the 2nd time… three of my dip nails are lifting. I AM DONE! They aren’t the same without Tommy. Stay away…. Sooo who knows a good nail salon? 🤦🏽♀️
New owner, New people …. absolutely TERRIBLE Got cut in several places, the lady was slamming my foot down, couldn't do a french tip pedicure so I had to leave with just some clearish polish lol NEVER AGAIN $59 without a tip and hell NO I did not leave one. I’ve tried to post a picture but unfortunately it wont let me.
My goodness this place is dirty. Unbelievably filthy. Why? Every manicure station is dirty, the “wine bar” has old and empty bottles everywhere. The pillows at the pedicure stations are stained. This place use to be so nice. The people working there are very nice but we won’t be coming back. We have gone there since 2004 every time we come to town. We have been gone a few years and went in today and was just shocked. Please care for your place better. Your too good of a people to have such a dirty place.
I’m really disappointed with the quality of the services I recently received. I paid $57 for a dipped powder manicure and $37 (half-price) for a gel color, and unfortunately neither service has lasted longer than a few days. My dip set from November 19th started peeling within a week. I went back on Tuesday, November 25th, hoping it would be fixed.
