On time, on budget, and one of the best cleans I’ve ever had. Cleaning ladies were very nice and professional.
Needed a move out cleaning and I called and she replied back by text. Asked on prices and wanted her to stop by and to give me a more detailed pricing. She agreed on today 4/1/26 either 9am or 2pm. I replied back & we agreed at 2pm today. Well I waited & waited. She did not show up or even communicate with me. Not good customer service at all. As of 4/1/26 at 7:27pm still no communication. And I read the reviews & they had 5 stars. I guess she didn’t care!! Not a reliable business as far as I’m concerned….
