Great company to work with.. Today's team left my house spotless.
We just had our initial visit by The Maids in Northern Jacksonville in Ameilia View last week. They arrived on time and quickly got to work cleaning and polishing all the surfaces, including all the nooks and crannies. They were fast and efficient. We have set up our recurring appointments and look forward to having them in our home to help us in the future. We are both getting older and find we cannot keep the house clean like we used to. on floor, shower door not scrubbed, floor of master bath not swept, shelves not dusted, items on shelves not dusted, etc. I had scheduled a two hour session several days later just prior to open house. They had no response to problems with initial cleaning and charged me for second cleaning despite my canceling the service. They did not offer to complete initial service. I was also threatened with legal action if I left this review.
The crew varies some, but they do a more consistently good job than others. I really appreciate some of the small touches, like picking up some of my cluttered table, next to my work area, while dusting.
I have used the Maids for many years and am so pleased with the service. They are reliable, efficient, through, and careful of my home and pets. It is such a pleasure to come home to a clean home on my Maids day. I recommend them to all my friends. I love my team-#5.

do not use them! they were over an hour late coming to my house at 5:00pm on a weeknight so i was unbale to make dinner for my family of 5, they stood in my kitchen for 20 minutes talking, then 3 of them proceeded to take turns wiping the front of my already clean stainless-steel fridge while they talked. us of the 4 people there one cleaned my already clean stove top and stand i the kitchen. after them working for an hour, they proceeded to get ready to leave. they only cleaned 1/3 of my house leaving rooms un touched. when... read more
I was asked for my zip code and discriminated against because I don’t live in Windermere! I complained 2 times about a service and was told they no longer what my business! If my zip code was different and my home was bigger, I’m sure this wouldn’t have been an issue and I would still be a customer. I became a customer in 2012 when Lynn and first started the business and they were the ones doing the calling to do business with me.
