To. Be honest. I would say very shady. My wife and I saw our dream house for rent. My wife called and she said it was rented. A couple weeks later (sign still In yard) I call. Spoke with one of her associates she told me it was available and sent application. So before sending deposit and application I called and asked how does she want deposit.
