Called to make an appointment and was instantly hit with bad attitude. They hung up on me twice. DO BETTER! Customer service is key!
I went to this hair Salon today and the lady that cut my hair was rude and in a bad mood. I didn't catch her name yet she was aprox 65 years old light skin. Moreover she only cut the sides of my hair and it was uneven when I complained she said she couldn't perform miracles and she charged me $25.00 I usually give tips yet with that bad attitude and bad work performance I didn't give her any tip.
