Vicky did a horrible job on my tia look at this, and she made my tia pay 250$ cash this is not right this is very sad she was in the phone on video chat during the time she was doing brows. My tia is older doesnt want problems but I stepped up to give a honest review to not waste your money with this person on top she is rude .
