Not helpful at all. It took months to get an appointment and when we went it didnt even last 5 mins. Dr. Ren came in and just flashed a light on the skin and then just said I can prescribe this and this without doing a thorough overview of the issue and dismissed another concern without proper examination. My partner showed something of concern for herself as well. But the doctor just took a second to look then ignored her completely and said you need to see a dermatologist... no sympathy or any desire to help. Very heartles... read more
She has a mood problem! She's rude half the time and nice the other times. Baylor does not have many derms so I keep going back but she is not up to the rest of the staff there. Too bad.
I found Dr Ren to be kind, intelligent, helpful and thorough. Parking was a little challenging because of construction so I recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes.
Dr Ren was extremely thorough when I visited for my annual skin exam. She checks anything suspicious with a keen eye.
Stay away because this doctor is severely incompetent. She seems generally unhappy and indifferent with “certain” patients. I overheard her talking to a particular patient very cheerfully. From the moment she walked into my room she did not bother to ever look at me when she spoke... She was so disrespectful. She was also snarky when I politely refused Accutane, but was open to other options. Her clinical staff was a reflection of her as well. Extremely incompetent.
