My experience was horrible! My nail tech was Kelly, she had a very nasty attitude and was very hostile. She spent a good amount of my appointment texting. My nails look and feel rushed, I am very disappointed. I hope you all work on your customer service and technique

The service here is very poor!!!! Don’t walk but RUN Away! They are rude and not clean!! They also didn’t have the heat on!!! I waited 1 hr then she said 35 mins. Mins later she said 25 mins after waiting 30 mins. We agreed on 2p so I went to my car to warm up. I walked in at 202 and she started someone else. Then when I asked her about it she said to sit and wait again.
The reason for this low rating is because they charge $20 for gel polish. Never in my years of getting gel, has the upcharge ever been at a staggering $20. With the cost of everything going up, I never thought that would be one of things that would raise up. I wanted the lavender pedicure which was already $55, tack on that extra $20…..had to go with the basic just to be equivalent to the $55.
