One month after visit - meds never called in, referral for surgery never sent, no lab results. They did bill me though, so at least they're on top of that. *That would be difficult, as you've not provided any contact information for your office. I did stop by in person to try and get information about the delays and lack of communication, and still haven't gotten a response.
