Hoy tuve una de mis peores experiencias en este gran pais, a las 6:38 am mande a hacer un buffet para el cumple de mi esposa , pedi y pague porque me adicionaran una mermelada de guayaba de relleno y colores rosado y blanco al cake y me fui confiando en un buen servicio como hasta ese instante habia recibido, cual seria mi amarga sorpresa cuando a las 4 pm paso a recoger mi pedido y me encuentro conque los colores del cake estaban invertidos y no le habian puesto la mencionada mermelada de guayaba, que decepcion y me apena p... read more
If I could give them zero stars I would! The staff is rude as heck, only one lady was super nice to me! Props given to her. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and upon the cake's pick up the cake itself was falling, had cracks throughout the fondant (was even cracking down the sides), the cake looked nothing like what I had ordered, there were stains on the fondant, the top part of the cake looked like they got so tired of decorating that they were like "let me cut out a circle and throw it on there!" For being a new place you would think they would try and give fresh products to their clients but thats not the case. gone in about 3 times now on different days and same result. Bought a cake their that was brownie at the bottom and oreo at the top. The oreo was so soggy it just melted in my mouth ina gross way. they are kind of rude too
I went in to let my 4 year old pick out a small cake. Got it home and it was very old and hard. Went to throw it away and saw mold!!! How could they leave items out so long and not be aware? Also, when I was initially checking out....it was close to closing time and they were rushing everyone in line.....basically reaching over patron to hand me the receipt to sign.....instead of just letting the one in line get her things. Somewhere I will never go again.....nor recommend.
