Everyone was so helpful and friendly~Im so glad I got my vehicle from them...I tell everyone about them
Took truck in for a recall, opened up the hood after and the battery cover was missing. Called and they said they didn't have. Also, dirty fingerprints on the interior of the truck.
Brought my car in for a tire alignment, customer satisfaction update and misc issues. Got it back with a new dent in the driver's door, a scuffed dash, and a filthy interior. The General Manager refused to take any responsibility, dismissing the dent as a "car door ding" and refusing to cover a simple paintless dent repair. I've opened a case with Dodge Corporate. Don't take your car here if you care about it because they will not treat it with respect or take accountability for their actions.
