Can’t get them to call back and reschedule. I have been trying to get my chimney pipe replaced for over 1 year. They finally got back to me and what they made for me was 154$ heat shield which was a small piece of sheet metal and insulation. I had a miscommunication about what I wanted which was double insulated chimney pipe said I would pay for the heat shield and did pay.
