We used Vicki for our boarding of two dogs for the first time last week. We scheduled a trip at the last minute and contacted her with a last minute request. She was great answering our questions prior to our drop off appointment. We were very impressed upon arrival. She was there to greet us and willing to show us around. We just left our two boys for the first time ever and we are so pleased with the love and attention they got! Our boys are very spoiled, so we wasn’t sure how they would do, but when we got back after being gone for 11 days they seemed really good! We are very happy with the cleanliness of the place and the personnel care they received! I’m glad we found out about her. Thank You Vickie for taking such good care of our sweet boys for us! Felt very comfortable leaving our pup here for a week while on vacation. He was well taken care of and was able to go on some nature walks while he stayed. Lovely place that’s nice and clean!
I am a repeat client for boarding. Vicki's place is clean and caters to excellent care. Her previous experience as a vet tech and her good relationship with local vets in case of emergencies is a definite plus. I highly recommend her facility.
Happy to use Vicki's service again; we have 3 dogs and 1 cat and it's very comforting to know that I can enjoy my out of state vacation with no worries about the pets. I love the climate controlled kennels, where the dogs can lounge on the good beds and get outside time several times a day. I especially appreciate the newer small/older dog area. The animals came home in good spirits and were all freshly bathed (except the cat-thank goodness no cat bath was attempted! ) We'll see you next year.
