I am quite familiar with the mental health field and have always considered therapeutic practices to be of the utmost importance, in good times and in bad. I had never experienced hypnotherapy prior to my time with Vicki but it has provided one of the greatest outcomes I could have ever asked for. Do yourself a solid and give this therapy a shot.

I've been seeing Vicki for hypnotherapy to address my sleep issues. I prefer to be as holistic as possible and hypnotherapy seemed to be a great option for that. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail before starting down this path. Her office is very nice and quiet - and comfortable (I've fallen asleep several times during the sessions!) and convenient for me as it's located in the Marina near Safeway. Vicki is a true pro. I can't thank her enough for helping me overcome an obstacle in my life. I was feeling stuck. She showed me how to work through that feeling in a way that was positive, relaxing, and fun. If you are looking to change something in your life, see Vicki. I wish I had seen her so much sooner!
Vicki is an amazing hypnotherapist and helped me resolve a bad habit and some negative thoughts that were keeping me down. He office is very calm and comfortable, as his her demeanor. With her help I was able to feel so much better and carry that over into my professional and personal life. After getting almost nowhere with "regular" talk therapy for 8 years I can't believe how quickly hypnosis with Vicki worked!
