I have been using downtown Pediatrics since January 2007. I absolutely live this practice. My kids are 14 and 16 now. Every single time I email or call my questions are answered immediately. Karen, the office manager is incredible. The nurse practitioner is also fantastic.
Personable yet professional, we have used these pediatricians for 9 years and remain confident that they are the best in the business.
I took my kids here once & never again, rude staff and doctor. No thank you. I would run from this place.. ( which I did. )
Dr. Porges is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and loving. Her practice is run meticulously. She's the best and we're so lucky to have found her!
Our experience - both in terms of bedside manners and in actual effectiveness and accuracy - has been as bad as one can possibly imagine, and we do recommend other parents to stay clear from this practice.
