I went to get the battery changed on a cheap, beat up watch. There was a little complication with the watch face fitting right, but Vicki fixed it and stayed in touch in terms of when I should pick it up. Great customer service, would go back just to see Vicki.
My girlfriend was worried that she had ruined some of her jewelry, I brought it to Vicki and she was able to restore it to a like-new condition. Local shop run by a Hoboken native who's been in the business for years - would recommend to anyone in the area.
