very kind and thorough physician. Get personalized care not found elsewhere. Usually no waiting as they have improved wait times. Very good with all ages.
Dr. Vicki Thomson was our 2 daughters' pediatrician as newborns over 30 years ago. I love her urgent care services in Edina. She is obviously so dedicated & loves her work. Her staff are attentive & efficient. She is a gem in our community.

Dr Vickie Thompson is an old school doctor that actually takes the time to listen to you and treat your symptoms/condition. Not like the big box clinics that treat you like a number and not even look you in the eye because their charting in a computer. We are very lucky to have a pediatric specialist who also runs an urgent care for adults. If you were looking for a professional and compassionate physician I cannot recommend her high enough. Dr Thomson has been my children's doctor for a few years. She listens and respects my concerns as a parent. I also love the Urgent Care side, we always get right in and the office is very clean!
I had a horrible respiratory virus. Was told at target I was too sick for thier criteria and I had to go to urgfht care or an ER. I found Dr Thompson’s urgent care nearby. Was I ever glad she was open. I didn’t have to wait long and was given respiratory treatment right away. By the time I left I could breathe again and was on my way with 2 prescriptions in hand. Since then I have gone to this doctor for my medical needs. She actually listens to me and is spot on with her care and treatment!
I was a bit taken by the old-school approach, but came to realize she knew exactly what she was doing. I would surely go back to her.
Scary experience. Room was freezing-asked for a blanket. Incredibly, they don't have any. Doctor's speech was scattered and made little sense. Approach to problem was a bit bizarre. When I went next day to get results of blood work, they had none and nurse "Devi" refused to identify herself and provide medical records.
