I've been seeing Dr Vicki Nowak for years. It's a fine clean place, receptionist and medical assistants are courtious, very polite. An awesome atmosphere when you need ENT specialist. Gulf coast ENT and Facial Plastics

We as parents know that things happen, so my daughter went to the library and got the head phones soft thing stuck in her ear. I took her to the ER and they couldn’t get it out. So they told me to follow up with Dr. Vicki, we are not from Panama City just visiting. I called and was told that I would have to pay to get it out, I told them she has insurance but not down here. The staff member then told me oh well then we can’t do anything for you. Like that’s what this world has come to and it’s sad honestly.
