My kids have been seeing Dr. Delaney for the past nine years, and I can confidently say that she is a wonderful, wonderful doctor and that my kids really like her. We have gone every year for the kid's annual check-up. She is very knowledgable, genuinely caring and she knows how to handle kids and she knows how to put them at ease. I was very happy with them, until I needed them. Both my kids were going there until we moved out of state. I completely forgot to download their health records so I reached out to them. They said they will send some of them via secure email, but the rest will be a $25 fee per child. Why can't they send all at once via secure email? Why are they not even disclosing what will be missing? Mind you, they don't inform you that your online account will still work, but that all data will be removed without your consent. Dr. Chhina has been an incredible pediatrician for our son. From the very first visit, she has been warm, attentive, and truly invested in his well-being. She takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and never makes us feel rushed. Dr. Gargi Shikhare and Dr Lim are exceptional doctors. They take the time to talk to their clients and make sure that they are heard. My two year old loves coming to the doctor since switching over. The treatment my child received under Sarina Chhina’s care was not just disappointing—it was dangerously negligent. Because of her lack of attention, poor judgment, and dismissive attitude, my child’s serious condition was completely overlooked, forcing her to suffer unnecessarily.
