This place is ghetto nasty living.The back of the apartments have thugs and it is NOT a safe place to live. The manager is a *itc*. She will charge you for a trash bag being out. Or a dog being in the car of a visitor.She has a nasty rude attitude. Her name is Charla. If you are looking for the thug life and want to get your car broken into, unkept neighboorhood for your kids where the playground is a meeting place for hoodlems then this is the place for you!
