I'm a patient there and twice including today , did the dr. listen to my heart or lungs, look in my ears, check my breathing. it's just about questions on my cholesterol, diabetes and answering any questionsi have. Dr. Curran was wonderful, got my a1c done, my oxygen, blood pressure and weight. not happy about it.
I think the people I dealt with concerning a script refill needed to be more honest. I showed proof that a refill request was received,, even though they said it wasn't. I tried to get the script to be a year long since I wasn't coming in for blood work every three months. That request broke the female's doctor's ego and she doesn't want to see me ... which is fine. I had heard good things, but I've had an awful experience as a patient. Communication is slow, they are disorganized, and they have made several errors that have risked my health. Lastly, they canceled two of my appointments without telling me because my doctor extended her vacation. I am leaving this practice, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
I have been trying to get test results back for 2 business days, I have confirmed that the results are at the office, I have left several messages and 2 emails, NO ONE will call me back...
I trust Vickery Family Medicine with my health because without good health I couldn’t enjoy all the great things in my life.
