They own the king Place apartments in Greenville. They are a dump. Bug infestations and regular sewage backups. Manager is just about as incompetent as they come. Building foundations are broken and cracked. They cover up the inside damage to the apartments with spackling and paint. Looks ok for a while. Old and worn out windows leak a lot of cold air during the winter. Lots of rats and snakes. One resident had scorpions. Bad place to live.
