Awful bedside manner . The staff was absolutely RUDE ! I highly recommend seeing a better urologist .
Dr. Posner is very professional and does thorough workup and diagnosis of problem. He is the only urologist I want to see because I have complete confidence in him.
Doesnt answer questions rushes out of room
Dr. Vick and his staff were all very helpful and polite. They answered my questions and I am pleased with the results of my procedure. They are always well informed and helpful and I'm not always clear on what I want to do or need to do for the results I'm trying to achieve when I go in.
My first and second (last) visit had me waiting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours each time. This is rediculous and disrespectful for each and every patient. The front desk waited 1.5 hours to tell us he was running behind.
Dr. Wills seems like a good doctor but his staff leaves alot to be desired. They are rude and inconsiderate. It took 3 hours for them to give papers to patient to bring to surgery center. This was after his staff had called to schedule appt to pick up papers. Still 3 hour wait.
I recently stopped seeing Dr. Vick and moved to another Urologist. During my three most recent visits I wasn't seen until between 1 and 1.5 hours after my appointment time. If Dr. Vick doesn't have more respect for his patient’s time than this and can’t manage his own schedule better he likely will not mind if he loses a few patients.
Dr. Posner is "The Best". I am so fortunate to have had his care in an extremely urgent medical situation. He continues to be so attentive and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Posner.
Dr. Vick was recommended by two friends who are physicians. Vick maintains an excellent practice. He is up-to-date on recent developments and procedures in his speciality, and he understands the importance of a good patient-physician relationship. The only downside to his practice are his small, overly crowded waiting room and the long wait to see him following check-in.
