Dr. Vick removed my right kidney back in 2006. Renal cell Carcinoma. Along with his fantastic staff, he has maintained my left kidney in good working order. At one time he busted up a large kidney stone that was too big to pass with his ray gun. didn't hurt a bit. The Anastasia was so good that I saw cowboy movies in the X-ray light up screens along the wall near the ceiling. I passed some small stones last month and brought them in for "Show and Tell." He identified them as calcium. I see him once a year and I enjoy our vis... read more

I had surgery in Aug this year. They took the longest time getting the insurance documents back. Now the insurance fax documents on the 4 of October that haven't been returned. It's the 26. When I called to check on them. I felt disrespected the way the nurse talking to me about it. First she said they didn't have it and was giving me the fax number. When someone informed her of the document that's been there since the 4 of October. So unprofessional the way I was treated.

My appointment was for 10:40. I was called to the back at 11:45. He spent less than 10 minutes with me which included doing a scope. Told me my bladder prolapse was not bad (although it was a level 3 and was causing pain), but he can do surgery or I could go to my gynecologist for a pessary because he did not know anything about them. Not at all happy with this doctor.

The reason he always runs behind is he takes as long as needed with everyone and doesn’t turn anyone away in need. Amazing Doctor!

I waited an hour twenty minutes and never even got to see the doctor or nurse for that matter. I told one of the office ladies I needed reschedule my appointment because I had other appointments that day and unlike some people I like to be on time and I cant stand to have someone waiting on me. She seemed disinterested that I wasn't happy about not being seen in a timely manner, but she did offer to reschedule me if I wanted to do so. I asked her if the wait times are always this bad and her response was "its not uncommon". ... read more

My oldest has seen Dr. Vick for 9 years. He would always keep saying “we will see how he looks at the next appointment” which would be 6 months to a year later. The last time we showed up for our appointment, the receptionist informed us that Dr. Vick no longer is taking our insurance. They never called me before hand to let me know this. So I had to find another urologist. Thankfully I found a new one and my son had to have surgery ASAP. What Dr. Vick should’ve fixed 9 years ago, the new Dr. is fixing today. But it may be m... read more

Dr. Vick and his staff were all very helpful and polite. They answered my questions and I am pleased with the results of my procedure. They are always well informed and helpful and I'm not always clear on what I want to do or need to do for the results I'm trying to achieve when I go in.

My first and second (last) visit had me waiting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours each time. This is rediculous and disrespectful for each and every patient. The front desk waited 1.5 hours to tell us he was running behind.

I recently stopped seeing Dr. Vick and moved to another Urologist. During my three most recent visits I wasn't seen until between 1 and 1.5 hours after my appointment time. If Dr. Vick doesn't have more respect for his patient’s time than this and can’t manage his own schedule better he likely will not mind if he loses a few patients.
